ZEOS Returns is our dedicated solution for processing dropshipped returns from Zalando – and soon other key European sales channels. Using a network of locally relevant carriers and return methods, customer returns are sent to the nearest ZEOS Returns Centre, where they are processed and reimbursement is triggered. From there, you decide where stock goes next: back to your warehouse or to the closest warehouse in our network for ZEOS to fulfil the next order.
