ZEOS has officially launched the ZEOS Fulfilment App for Shopify, enabling fashion brands to seamlessly connect their Shopify-built online stores to ZEOS Logistics. The new app allows brands to deliver Zalando-grade fulfilment experiences to the customers of their own e-commerce stores — combining convenience, speed, and reliability with the power of a single stock pool.
Until now, connecting direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations to logistics required long onboarding processes and multiple integrations. The ZEOS Fulfilment App changes that — turning what used to take months into a matter of days.
We’ve been expanding our multi-channel fulfilment products, and one of our key learnings was how complex it can be to bring that to DTC — often 4 to 6 months of onboarding with many systems involved. We thought there had to be a better way. What if a brand could use its existing shop system and connect to high-quality logistics just by downloading an app? That’s exactly what we built. The ZEOS Fulfilment App on Shopify was developed in May, and our pilot merchant, Touche Privé, went live within 30 days. This means faster time to revenue, reduced risk, and minimal friction — while strengthening our one stock proposition, so brands no longer have to divide inventory across marketplaces and their own stores.
Built to integrate seamlessly with merchants’ existing Shopify setups, the app automatically syncs orders, inventory, and tracking details between both systems — streamlining fulfilment and eliminating manual work.
