Every new feature and partnership was engineered to cut complexity, increase reach, and maximise the profitability of your entire European e-commerce business — now supported by the operating system of ZEOS, SCAYLE, and Tradebyte.
Three companies. One operating system
In July 2025, Zalando and ABOUT YOU successfully completed their strategic combination. Within the B2B growth vector, ABOUT YOU’s commerce engine SCAYLE joined ZEOS and Tradebyte to build an operating system for fashion and lifestyle — helping brands and retailers manage their multi-channel business across Europe and beyond with a unified suite of logistics, software, and service offerings.

We are now building best-in-class integrations between all three modules so brands can finally operate without fragmentation. The integration between SCAYLE and Tradebyte enables shared article data, ensuring your assortment goes live seamlessly across brand.com and all marketplaces without duplicate effort. The connector between SCAYLE and ZEOS provides out-of-the-box access to ZEOS logistics — including 40+ carriers, local delivery methods, and, in the future, dynamic delivery promises directly at checkout.

ZEOS Fulfilment expansion on ABOUT YOU
ZEOS Fulfilment is already available for ABOUT YOU’s principal model in nine core markets — Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Czechia and France. By the end of 2025, this footprint is planned to grow to 14 markets as we add Portugal, Spain, Poland, Hungary, and Romania. Together, these countries represent roughly 75% of ABOUT YOU’s Net Merchandise Value (NMV), significantly increasing the impact and reach of ZEOS.
This market expansion allows brands to increase their penetration into rapidly growing CEE and Southern European regions with a single, unified stock pool.

2025 was marked by major partnerships that highlight the value of our unified, multi-channel logistics network. These milestones prove how a single stock pool, powered by our technology, simplifies complexity and enables growth for leading brands.
Marks & Spencer chooses ZEOS for European e-commerce
We expanded our partnership with Marks & Spencer (M&S) to power their entire continental European own e-commerce business from one stock pool across 21 European markets starting in 2026. Building on our existing role managing their multi-channel logistics for Zalando, ABOUT YOU, and Amazon, ZEOS’s local fulfilment network will enhance the M&S customer experience with faster delivery — cutting times by 2–3 days — and smoother returns processing.
NEXT goes live with ZEOS across Europe
British fashion retailer NEXT engaged ZEOS to fulfil most of its online direct-to-consumer business across continental Europe in an agreement signed at the end of 2024. The project is on time, on budget, and nearly complete — 21 of NEXT’s EU websites have now transitioned to the ZEOS operations. The benefits include faster deliveries for nextdirect.com customers in Europe, improved stock availability with a broader assortment on Zalando, and a 6.5% reduction in overall operational costs for European direct operations.
& Other Stories goes live on Zalando
& Other Stories is now live on Zalando in Germany, with further markets to follow. They are leveraging our leading e-commerce capabilities, including Tradebyte for platform integration, Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) for marketing reach, and ZEOS for multi-channel fulfilment.
Expanding capabilities across Europe
Channel and market expansion
In 2025, ZEOS significantly expanded its reach and is now available across 24 European markets, including 12 new markets for brands’ own e-commerce: Luxembourg, Czechia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Portugal.
We launched fulfilment support for a host of new platforms in 2025 and now provide logistics services for 18 channels, including 17 marketplaces and own e-commerce shops. New channels include: Happy Size, Limango, SecretSales, Breuninger, Decathlon, van Graaf and Allegro.
This proven capability for growth and market entry was further validated when ZEOS was confirmed as TikTok Shop’s preferred logistics partner for their expansion into Germany, France.
ZEOS One
In March, we introduced ZEOS One, a central portal that enables brands to manage all fulfilment operations across every sales channel — on and off Zalando. ZEOS One provides a single interface for key operations such as stock visibility for all non-Zalando articles, inbound forecasting, and access to consolidated business reports on sales and fulfilment performance.

Maximising value from every item
In June, we launched refurbishment as a service, enabling brands to turn returns into resellable stock. The service recovers value by restoring B-goods (defective items) into resellable A-goods. During the pilot, over 80% of B-goods were successfully restored, leading to faster sales recovery, reduced waste, and cost savings compared to managing refurbishment in-house. Complimentary soft refurbishment for A-goods (e.g., cleaning and quality checks) is provided at no extra cost.
New logistics capabilities
ZEOS also piloted a multi-channel shipping solution to simplify operations for partners by managing multiple carriers. Our first pilot partner, Gattina, is live on ABOUT YOU in Germany, with plans to expand to five more markets: Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Shopify fulfilment app
The new ZEOS Fulfilment App for Shopify allows fashion brands to connect their Shopify stores directly to ZEOS Logistics. It simplifies international expansion by letting merchants offer delivery, tracking, and returns across Europe from a single stock pool, on one carrier contract. Our pilot merchant, Touché Privé, went live within 30 days. The app automatically syncs orders, inventory, and tracking, delivering a Zalando-grade customer experience on your own e-commerce store.
2026 outlook
In 2026, ZEOS will continue expanding its reach, launching more channels and markets, including Norway, Greece, and Portugal, and further growing ABOUT YOU’s footprint while enabling one-box solutions through merchant cross-docking. We will accelerate the development of our services layer, piloting content solutions to help brands create better customer experiences. In addition, we will expand liquidation services to deliver greater value across the product lifecycle. Finally, we will further deepen our integration with SCAYLE, strengthening the operating system for fashion and lifestyle brands across Europe.
